Hub Residential has won detailed planning permission for Hoola, its 360-home development in London’s Royal Docks.
Newham council has approved plans for the CZWG Architects-designed 24- and 23-storey towers. Work is expected to start on site this summer, with all homes developed for the mid-market price bracket.
Hub Residential received detailed planning permission for its first development in Acton just before Christmas. The 152-home Victoria Square development will rise to 16 storeys.
Squarestone founders Robert Sloss and Tim Barlow set up Hub Residential in 2012 to provide funding for stalled development sites across London. The first two developments have a combined £200m GDV.
